Tüm bunların sonucu olarak Avrupa İnsan Hakları Mahkemesi verdiği kararda; Doğu Perinçek’in beyanlarının ifade özgürlüğü içinde kaldığını, soykırımı inkar suçuna vücut vermediğiniçünkü Ermeni tehcirinin soykırım suçu olduğuna dair herhangi bir mahkeme kararı olmadığını, soykırım suçuyla ilgili yetkisiz makamlarının beyanlarının ve kararlarının bu suçu tespit etme konusunda yok hükmünde olduğunu, Holokost ve Ermeni tehcirinin aynı kapsamda değerlendirilemeyeceğini tespit etmiştir.

Dieser Aufsatz beschreibt, wie die ethnisch-terroristischen Aktivitäten der armenischen Terrororganisation ASLA entstand, die Gegen die Republik Türkei unternommenen, schrecklichen Terroraktivitäten, welche in der neueren Geschichte anfingen und die sich bis heute ersteckenden, die gegen die Türkei gerichteten, ethnischen Terroraktivitäten und Ziele der PKK, sowie die Nähe der beiden ethnisch ausgerichteten Terrororganisationen ASALA-PKK, und deren Zusammenarbeit; und analysiert die individuellen Gefahren die sie gegenüber der Republik Türkei darstellen; Und die geschichtliche Entwicklung als eine weiterführende Perspektive, an verschiedenen Orten in der Welt und innerhalb der Grenzen der Republik Türkei, sowie gegenüber den offiziellen staatlichen Beamten, , die gemäß in der Bekaa-Tal gemachten Vereinbarungen und die gemeinsamen militärischen Ausbildungen, um durch den Terrorismus, die Türkei zu spalten, ebenso die Initiation einer Agenda um eine Föderation zu etablieren um danach autonomes Gebiet innerhalb der Grenzen der Türkei zu etablieren. Des Weiteren beabsichtigt dieser Essay, die den Umfang und Wirkung, der der durch den Staat Armenien geförderte Terrorunterstützung für die Terrororganisationen ASALA und der PKK zu untersuchen und in diesem Sinne das Problem des ethnischen Terrorismus und den Resultat dessen und den ethnischen Separierungsaktivitäten entgegenzuwirkende Vorschläge zu machen; um den durch den Terrorismus fabrizierten Angst- und Gewaltzustand zu neutralisieren zu können einen Betrag zu leisten , und ebenso um die Methodologie zur Sache zu bereichern.

This essay describes, how the ethnic-terroristic activities of the armenian terror organization has been arose, the awful undertaken teror activities of the PKK against the Republic of Turkey, which started in the recent history, their ethnic-terroristic objectives and their continuing unitl today. as well es, the closeness of the both enthnic directed Terror organizations ASALA-PKK, and their coorporation and analyses the individual dangers for the Republic of Turkey. And the historical development as a continuing perspective, in different places in the world and within the borders of the Republic of Turkey, as well as towards the official state officials, , the agreements made according to the Bekaa-Valley (Libanon) and the joint military trainings to divide Turkey through terrorism, as well as the initiation of an agenda to establish a federation to establish autonomous territory within the borders of Turkey afterwards. Furthermore, this essay intends to examine the scope and impact of the terrorist support provided by the state of Armenia to the ASALA and PKK terrorist organizations and, in this sense, to make proposals to counter the problem of ethnic terrorism and the result of it and the ethnic separation activities in order to be able to neutralize the state of fear and violence caused by terrorism, and also to enrich the methodology on the subject. Bu makale, etnik terör faaliyetleri yürüten Ermeni terör örgütü ASALA’nın nasıl ortaya çıktığını, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti’ne karşı yürüttüğü korkunç terör eylemlerini, faaliyetlerinin ASALA ile yakın tarihlerde başlayan ve günümüze kadar uzanan Türkiye’de etnik terör faaliyetleri yürüten PKK’nın amaçları, ASALA-PKK etnik esaslı terör örgütlerinin birbirlerine yakınlıkları, yaptıkları işbirlikleri ve Türkiye’ye yönelik oluşturduğu müşterek ve münferit tehditlere; tarihsel kökenlerini işleyen bir perspektifle, dünyanın çeşitli yerlerinde ve Türkiye Cumhuriyeti sınırları içinde, devleti temsil eden kişilere karşı işlediği suçlar, Bekaa Vadisi’nde yaptıkları anlaşmalara dayanarak müşterek yürüttükleri askeri eğitimler, terörden ve tedhişten yararlanarak Türkiye’yi bölme, bağımsız bir federasyon kurulmasını tetikleyen faktörler ve ardından bağımsız ilkesinden vazgeçip Türkiye içinde otonom bir yapıya sahip bölge kurma talepleri aktarılmıştır. Ayrıca bu çalışma, Ermenistan tarafından desteklenen terör faaliyetlerinin kapsamını ve etkilerini ASALA ve PKK’ya verilen destekleri inceleyerek bu anlamda oluşmuş etnik terör sorununa, nedenlerden oluşmuş sonuçları ve etnik bölücülük faaliyetini bertaraf etmeye müteveccih yönergelerle, terörün yarattığı korku ve şiddet ortamını yok etme adına literatüre bir katkı sunması hedeflenmiştir.

The state of Armenia has openly and systematically used the incidents of World War I against the Turkish state for attack propaganda now for more than a hundred years. With the Second World War, Nazi Germany and the genocide of Jews was taken as a model and a parable to undermine Turkey's reputation and motivate Turkey to pay compensation. The intention of these attacks is to build global pressure on Turkey by spreading unsustainable lies and implementing them through black propaganda methodologies. In the analysis, an attempt has been made to show how black propaganda methods are used to present a matter that is not based on historical sources and research, and how it is systematically spread, as in the case of the events of 1915. Furthermore, solutions are presented to adequately respond to these untenable propaganda attacks on Turkey.

Diese Arbeit hat die Erklärung zum Ziel, wie seitens des armenischen Staates die Vorfälle im Jahre 1915, durch die Verwendung von schwarzer Propagandamethoden verbreitet wird. Der Gebrauch des Wortes “Genozid” und die gewählten Massenmedia - Methodiken, die Lobbygruppen und Gruppen die gesellschaftlichen Druck aufbauen, und welche Instrumente und welche Systematiken diese verwenden, wird hier zu erklären versucht. Diese Arbeit hat die Argumente des armenischen Staates beim Einsatz von schwarzer Propaganda analysiert und diese für die Wissenschaftsmethodologie gewonnen.

Bu çalışma 1915 Olaylarının Ermenistan tarafından kara propaganda metotlarını kullanarak nasıl yaygınlaştırıldığını açıklamayı hedeflemektedir. “Soykırım” ifadesinin kullanılması, seçilen kitle iletişim araçları, lobicilik faaliyetler ve baskı grupları ile dünya genelinde olayların kara propagandanın hangi metotları kullanılarak neler yapıldığı sistemli bir şekilde açıklanmak istemiştir. Çalışma, Ermenistan Devleti tarafından yürütülen kara propagandanın argümanlarını inceleyerek literatüre kazandırılmıştır.
